Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Answer: We're sorry but we cannot cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. It is immediately sent to our warehouse so it can be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible.

How do I change my account information?

Answer: Click on My Account at the top of the web page. Once you are in your account page, click on either "Edit Your Profile" to change your addresses or "Change Email/Password" to update your email and password.

How do I change my email address?

Answer: Click on My Account at the top of the web page. Once you are in your account page, click on "Change Email/Password" on the left side of the page and follow the instructions to change your email address.

How do I change my password?

Answer: Click on My Account at the top of the web page. Once you are in your account page, click on "Change Email/Password" on the left side of the page and follow the instructions to change your password.

How do I log out of my account?

Answer: Click on "Log Out" at the top of the web page.

How do I track my order?

Answer: Click on My Account at the top of the web page then click on Order History on the left side of the page to view your order history. Click on the number of the order you wish to check. You will find your UPS tracking number beneath your Shipping Method information. If you click on this number, you will be taken to the UPS website to immediately track the status of your order.

You will not be able to track your order if you do not have an account on Avalanchepub.com. You must place your order using your Avalanchepub.com account to receive your UPS tracking number. We are also not able to track any orders shipped via USPS which is often the shipping method used for P.O. Box/APO/FPO addresses. For this reason we prefer to receive your physical address rather than a P.O Box number.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Answer: Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If for some reason you find that your order is unsatisfactory we will be more than happy to process your return.

If the item you received was damaged in shipping please call 1-866-366-2168.

You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund no exchanges can be processed.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the time of purchase. Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please enclose your invoice and unused merchandise in like-new condition, in the original packaging and mail the package back INSURED (paid by customer) to the address below:

A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns. Returns can be processed for products purchased through avalanchepublishing.com or through our Customer Service Center at 1-866-366-2168, but CANNOT be accepted if purchased through retailers or stores. Please allow a minimum of three weeks to process your return. Once your returned product has been received in our warehouse we will refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. We're sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping.

All sales are final on seasonal and discounted items were mentioned.

What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?

Answer: You will receive an email confirmation of your order after your order has been successfully placed on Avalanchepub.com. The shipping method you selected for your order will determine how long it takes to for you to receive it. If you do not receive an order confirmation email after you place your order on Avalanchepub.com, the email may have been placed in your spam folder, blocked by your email service or your email box may be full. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-967-3399 to make sure we have received your order.

Do you have international distributors?

Answer: Avalanche has suppliers all over the globe! To find a supplier in your country please click here to contact us.

Does Avalanche accept art submissions?

Answer: Yes we do.

Thank you for your interest in submitting artwork for consideration in the various product lines of Lang.

We do not specify sizes since we produce many product categories; note pads, greeting cards, calendars, Christmas cards, note cards, boxes, books, décor etc. The size requirements vary from product to product.

If you do not know the styles of art we use, we suggest you familiarize yourself with our products by visiting our booths at various gift shows throughout the country or visit our website at www.lang.com. Our lines include country-inspired and traditional styles, at-home design, and décor themes, contemporary designs and other styles considered. We generally do not accept abstract or extremely contemporary styles.

You are welcome to submit transparencies, slides, color copies, photos or any other form of reproduction that best represents your style and ability. Please do not send the original art.

How can I receive email updates from Avalanche?

Answer: At the bottom of every web page there is a "Follow Us" box. Click on "Sign up for Avalanchepub.com Emails" and enter your information to receive emails from Avalanche.

How do I order something that is not in the catalogue?

Answer: If you also cannot find the item on Avalanchepub.com, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-967-3399 and we will try to find out if the item is available.

How do I request a Avalanche Catalogue?

Answer: Click on Request a LANG Catalog link at the bottom of the web page and fill out the information to have a Avalanche catalogue sent to you.

I purchased a product, and now it is showing up as "Out of Stock" on your website. Will I still receive it?

Answer: You should still receive this product if you purchased it while it was still in stock. If, for some reason, this is not the case, you will be notified that the product is no longer available.

What are your Customer Service hours?

Answer:We are available 8am - 5pm CST, Monday through Friday.

What does it mean when an item says "We're sorry, this product is not available at this time."?

Answer: When an item is listed as "not in stock" that means we do not have any inventory on hand at the present, but we may be getting more in the future. Since we are not always able to get definite dates when these items will be in, we are not able to pass that information to you. If a calendar or planner for the current year is out of stock, it will not be available again to purchase.

Where is my Avalanche Catalogue?

Answer: We typically mail catalogues at the end of the year, usually in early autumn or during the holiday season. If you have not received a catalogue, please resubmit your information in the Catalogue Request link at the bottom of the web page. Please keep the catalogue you receive to order from throughout the year.

Which Avalanche Products are available online?

Answer: Currently Avalanche's most popular products are available online. Product selection can vary between Avalanche Retailers and Avalanchepub.com. There may be items available in stores that are not available directly through the website or our catalogues.
